Electromechanical Repair Technician

About the Position

Responsibilities:

Inspecting incoming jobs and providing accurate information to the Service Manager
Dismantling repair work and accumulating parts and order list for job to be reassembled
Inspecting of all fitting surfaces (shaft journals and end housings) to ensure tolerances are within specification
Proper installation of new parts and reassembly of unit
Upon completion of repair the repair job will be tested and ran as pernameplate and painted before it is prepared for shipping.

Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined
Basic electrical knowledge
Motivated and willing to learn
Hand tools are encouraged but not required
Industry specific tools are provided
